Description : ICF defines Coaching Presence as being fully conscious and present with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible, grounded and confident.
Many people describe being present as "dancing in the moment" with our clients.
In either case, "presence" has an intensely physical component, it is not an intellectual concept.
When we are truly present, we can support our clients to take their resourcefulness to a deeper level.
What stops you from "dancing in the moment" with your clients?
What role does your body play in coaching presence?
Join Sari Marsden, PCC, in this interactive session designed to support coaches in understanding the relevance of body awareness, posture, breathing, and movement in developing their coaching presence. At the end of the session, take away some powerful somatic practices you can apply for yourself.
